Letter from our director

Welcome to Messiah Lutheran Preschool. We are delighted to introduce you to our educational programs that will enrich your child’s world. Each day in our classrooms, our exceptional teachers give students the opportunity to

  • develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the Word of God
  • acquire basic Bible knowledge
  • develop social skills based on a Christian value system
  • develop age-appropriate academic concepts
  • develop independence, self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • develop and use the senses in learning processes
  • develop large and small muscle coordination
  • recognize the uniqueness of him/herself and others
  • develop self-respect, self-worth and self-understanding

Our students grow and learn in a Christian environment, led by caring and nurturing teachers and staff members. In addition, our program includes

  •        weekly chapel service
  •        half-day program option
  •        optional before-care and lunch programs
  •        educational field trips
  •        active parent fellowship
  •        computers in the classroom

Music is also a large part of our curriculum, and each week children engage in musical activities, learning seasonal and educational songs. Our students also participate in our Fall costume parade, our Christmas program, a year-end program and a few Sunday church service performances each year.

Please take time to learn more about our school and contact me with any question or schedule a tour. We look forward to meeting you and your child and welcoming you to our Preschool family.
